史海粟

史海粟,男,汉族,1983年4月生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,籍贯辽宁省沈阳市。博士毕业于江南大学师从陈卫院士2016年9月开云体育任教,主要从事食品生物技术领域的研究工作,重点从乳品中微生物合成功能性生物脂质方向开展研究。担任国家自然科学基金评审专家,兼任中国食品科学技术学会传统酿造食品分会第一届理事会理事,《开云体育》编委员会青年委员、Food Chemistry 等期刊审稿人。获“沈阳市高级人才”、“沈阳开云体育nba官网天柱山英才”称号。

主持及参与国家自然科学基金项目4项;主持省部级和校级课题5项。相关研究成果在在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition,Critical Reviews in Biotechnology,Food Reviews International,Journal of Lipid Research,Microbial cell factories,食品科学,中国乳品工业等学术杂志发表论文30 余篇,总影响因子129.791 。授权及申请发明专利10余件。相关成果已研发20余种奶酪类产品。2019年获辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖三等奖,2018年和2019年均获沈阳市自然科学学术成果奖二等奖。参与完成的研究成果获2021年中国食品工业协会科学技术奖特等奖(5/15)和2022年中国食品工业协会科学技术奖特等奖(4/15)。

主讲本科生食品生物技术、食品分子生物学、食品发酵综合实验等课程;讲授研究生食品生物技术进展课程。
