李拖平,博士,教授,博士生导师,农产品商品化技术团队带头人;辽宁省工业企业科技特派员,江苏省创新创业双创人才,沈阳市领军人才;美国化学会会员,日本农艺化学会会员,中国农学会农产品储藏加工分会理事,中国菌物学会食用菌采后与加工分会常务理事;Pharmacogn MagInt Food Res期刊编委。为研究生讲授《开云体育》和《开云体育》等课程。主要从事食品营养与功能和农产品深加工与生物转化利用方面的研究工作。曾留学日本获博士学位,并在日本大型食品企业及国立研究机构从事食品科学与生物工程方面的研究工作。先后承担完成国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发专项、国家科技支撑、国家农转资金、国家外专局、教育部和省市及横向开发项目多项,授权国际发明专利6件,国内发明专利11件,申请中专利18件。在J Agric Food Chem, Food Chem等期刊发表论文70余篇,其中SCI检索论文40余篇。部分科技成果已实现产业化,市场反馈良好,并获得辽宁省科技进步奖,沈阳市科技进步奖,中国食品学会科技创新奖和中国中医药研究促进会国际科技合作奖等多项科技奖励。
